failed license

just bought the app, and it refuses to pass the check. followed all things listed to try, and no change. On the same device/account used to purchase the app. I cant use wifi, but my 3G network connection is fine, so it shouldnt have a problem authorising, since i have now downloaded the app about 5 times trying to get it to work...
