had a similar problem with another controller .... you need to map the buttons manually within the fpse.ini file. best way to do this is check what numbers the snes emulator gives you for the different buttons on your controller and then just match those buttons in the fpse.ini configuration file

Uhm, forgive me for asking, but can you actually hook a usb gamepad to a windows mobile phone?!
Where would one get conversion cables? (like, from usb female on one end and usb-mini male on the other, lets not even begin on the custom mini usb thats on a HD2)

The Toshiba TG01 has a micro-USB host and is sold with an adapter to plug USB devices.

It was originally meant to plug a mouse, USB pen or USB hard drive, but someone at XDA made gamepad drivers, for the HTC Athena if my memory is good, that work for the TG01 and that can "virtually" work for any device...as long as you can plus USB in it...I'd like to try it on my Samsung Omnia but don't have the right USB adapter (female-female would be required)

It seems that HTC forgot to make a "real" USB host on the HD2 like the one of the Toshiba TG01
