Save State cause FPSECE to exit
Hi,
I have registered version FPSECE and have enjoy playing ffvii but have some problem with save state. For sure every time i press the save state button it shows boxes 0 to 9 to save. But when pressing a number FPSECE immediatly exit back to TF3D and is not saving
I have changed enablehle=off as suggested in the readme.pdf
Any other suggestion?
also how to make FPSECE remember configeration for onscreen button mapping? everytime start FPSECE it is needing to assign buttons again.
thanks for any help

Re: Save State cause FPSECE to exit
Another item to add to my 1st post is how do you save a cfg file for a game. I start ffvii and i see it has created file in cfg folder, then i like to map buttons, but it does not save these changes to the game specifig config file automatically? i have read the readme file many times but it seems that there is not an icon the save/update the cfg with new button map? this i believe is why everytime im start ffvii im having to map all buttons again and again. Sorry for so many questions im sure its something i missed being a noob thanks for awsome emulator hld

Re: Save State cause FPSECE to exit
Do you use a bios? I had the same problem with saving/loading before I started using the 1001 bios.
It should save the buttons automatically. Fpsece never saves my button configurations if i shut it down in the wrong way/ it crashes. Try to set the buttons and then shut Fpsece down with the power button in the menu.

Re: Save State cause FPSECE to exit
That happend to me too !! just with the last supporter version (16 jan) i can loadstate but i cant savestate !! the one before that was working great !! strange isn't it ?? i also wanted to make sure if it's a problem with the last version or not so i reinstall one of the previous versions for supporter and savestate was working again !! so i guess if anyone wants save state he have to use one of the previous supporter version !! I also have the same problem, when I try to press on a save slot it quits taking me back to the HD2 home screen and it does not save. I am running the latest supporters version.

Re: Save State cause FPSECE to exit
For me too.
After installing the new 16/01 update, I can no longer save with the save state feature.
Of course I use EnableHLE=off and 1001 BIOS. I also tried many different ini settings, but it won't work like before installing today's update. Tried it with FF8, FF9 and Final Fantasy Tactics.
Loading save states made with an older version of 0.10 works, but when I try to save into any slot, the emulator will crash and I am back @ homescreen. My device is the HD2 like everyone else. I checked the save state folder. There is a file created, but size is only a few bytes.
