Not seeing External Storage

I'm using version 0.11.115 of FPse and using Nvidia SHield updated to Android 4.3. It is not rooted, but it unlocked. I can't get FPse to see my external card. It was previously working fine until this morning. The highest I can go when searching for isos is Internal Storage.
All the file managers I have installed sees the storage just fine, but not FPse.

I'm also having this same issue.

Internal storage works but not the external.

Nvidia Shield version 65.

The internal storage in /storage/sdcard0/ and the external one is /storage/sdcard1/.

Can these be set in fpse.ini?

Emailed the author and he said there's a fixed version that should be released today.

"I fixed fpse since the last update 65 of nvidia shield 2 days ago. I have to post it today."

I have an Nvidia Shield.
I bought a second SD card to store my ROM's.
When i go to load the ROM only Internal Storage is an option.

Any Update on the fix?
