problem with Final Fantasy IX

everything runs perfectly, with just a problem
basically when I enter new zones or battles or anything it freezes for a pair of seconds (the audio too) and then it starts again running smoothly

what could it be?
I'm on a note II

hey guys I still have the same problem and since the last update of today it's even worse

can you please help? It's hard to play like this

I tried ff ix on my galaxy sIII and the problem is the same. I guess it has something to do with the hardware, since note2 and siii are very similar

or maybe it has something to do with my settings? the only thing is that I'm using exactly the same on my ASUS Transformer pad e700t and it doesn't have any problems there

this freeze is unfortunaly normal on MALI gpu's... it's the MALI400 memory manager which does not well its job and suddenly, try to free a large allocated block of memory...
