There's almost no decrease in fps when touching the Omnia's screen. To be honnest, there was a small decrease (between 2 and 4 fps) when touching the screen, hardly visible on the tg01, more visible on the omnia, but Schtruck told me since he found why it was slow when touching the screen and found the way to increase speed by at least 5 % (or more) so no slowing down will occure anymore when playing with the onscreen UI. Oh, thats really a good news for me! So, I want to hope that 0.10 will work on my i740 as well as on your Omnia P.S.: Tomb Raider II don't work on my PPC with FpseCE 0.09.6 (non compressed iso). Game stopped after main menu, so it forced me to reset the system (soft reset). Need some help here

...first time I post something, but watching this project since the beginning...; (and donated ) I just received my Omnia II with his SC36410 800mhz processor... Seems very fast, but will try with FPSECE when it will be available. Sktools Benchmark : Integer : 516 Floating Point (with FPU Enabler) : 38 Floating Point (without FPU) : 11 RAM Access : 953 Draw bitmaps : 1746

Compared to TG01 results posted by SinSilla TG01 Quote: Integer: 742.7088 Moves/25 usec Floating Point: 19.815 MWIPS Ram Access 1214 Speed Index Draw Bitmaps: 381 Speed Index Omnia II Quote: Integer : 516 Floating Point (with FPU Enabler) : 38 Floating Point (without FPU) : 11 RAM Access : 953 Draw bitmaps : 1746 Not bad for Omnia II but still TG01 beats the crap out of it Wonder how FPU enabler will affect Snapdragons Floating Point performance...

BTW, I was wondering: The Guardian Force scenes in FF8 did only have 30-40 fps on your Omnia 1. Do you get full fps without frameskip there on the TG01? Yes, without any frameskip. @ Q-ball: I will have a look at tomb raider 2 on 0.9.6, but I'll be on a school trip (pray for my soul! Will I bear the pupils?) most of the week

But at least the Omnia II got double the results of the Omnia 1. So on fpsec 1.0 the Omnia II might run at 60 fps in most games, too (hopefully). gera wrote: judic wrote: I am tending to get a Samsung Omnia Pro but the HTC HD2 is interesting, too. The only problems I have with the HD2 is: No Stylus input for handwritten Notes and things like Starcraft, Age of Empires or Excel etc. omg yeah, no stylus on the hd2 since capacitive was bothering me too. mostly because of vspainter. i like my stylus, now we have2wait 4htc or use this crap instead http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3w6_Au-XnmU...now, how do i gonna reset tha phone with shown crap?! nobody thought bout that huh smarties Haha. That thing is hilarious. Ugly and looks like it came out of a really old scifi movie. Bahh. I am really looking forward to the first user reviews regarding everyday usage only with a (thick) finger. I bet there are tons of great programs out there, that can only work properly with a small input device (stylus). :/ That said, capacitive has its merits, too. Really hard choice. Well, the HD2 doesn't have any hardware keys beside the 5 on the front and the volume control rocker. There is not even a power button or camera key like every device normally has to quickly switch off the screen or autofocus and then click. I have not seen a hard reset button somewhere either. Maybe inside the battery case?
