NCAA March Madness 2000

got the game to start and load up fine without a BIOS selected. only problem was it wouldnt save anything. then once i selected a BIOS and restarted the game now it has massive sticky problems on the main menu and wont do anything else but scroll 4 or 5 options at a time with a single press. really want to play this game if you could help thank you. ps love the prog
