i just donate to this emu psx i still and everthing , when i opened the app , its reconigze me like the owner and everything but it doesnt work , i mean i cant play atall

first let me welcoem into our community. Then the fact tha it recognize you means the emulator is running right. Now try to explain what does it do and tell us all steps you made so we can help you.

everything is ok , the only problem is im running final fantasy tactics i dont know how can i use the control, ( i dont have the gamepad or joystick) and also i dont have the htc hd2 pack

You have to set your own Overlays (onscreen keys) to play on HD2 =)

T_T..even try the buttons on the screen nothing T_T.. what about that pack , people talk about it

The pack is in the sticked thread FAQ'n'PACK. Just note that It has been some times since I updated it and I'm currently having some issues which I will soon fix and update the pack. I dont know how well does the pack work as of now, so you can try, but It might mess more than fix.
