I just have some basic questions, that I haven't been able to find on my own
1 I am running ice cream sandwich on an hp touchpad overclocked to around 1.7, I'm wondering what would be the ideal settings to run, or is it a game to game type of thing?

2 is there a guide out there that explains what each of the different settings does? For instance, fastdraw, etc.

I've been trying to find the best settings for Chrono Cross in particular, so far I have framelimiter, enhanced 3d rendering, and hardware acceleration turned on, also dual core boost, thread priority and spusync. I don't know exactly what these settings do, I'm just doing my best to figure out the magic combo. It's still not perfect or exactly what I'm looking for...
