 Having problems getting FPSEce to run on my Pioneer GPS

Post Having problems getting FPSEce to run on my Pioneer GPS
So I'm running a Pioneer GPS with Windows CE 5.0
and can run stuff like Explorer, Igo, Custom CE apps, etc.
I'm trying to see if FPSECE will run, but not sure it will
I have GAPIsetup and that runs all the graphic demos (GX.Dll placed in /Windows)
but when I try to run FPSEce it says "Cannot find fpsece_0.10 or one of its components. Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

I'm wondering if I'm missing any support files / .DLLs?
or maybe it's just that my device isn't supported
