I can see my game to be able to play but won't find bios to run or whatever, how to I create bios file sphc1001.bin?!?

Do you have well the bios file named schph1001.bin then loaded it from fpse Load bios file menu?

To get bios file named scph1001.bin just keep in mind google is your friend
Once you get it just push it to your device then run fpse and open menu then choose load bios file then select the file you have pushed
