I only see the game on the top left.

Currently I am using an nvidia shield tv on 7.2.1

How to use FPse with a ROM browser like ARC or Hyperspin

I followed the parameters here it seem to have fixed the problem.

For the top left displaying issue try to disable the force resolution from advanced settings menu of fpse then go to video and force resolution
