Ghost roms in my phone

Hi to all of you! Something strange is happened on my phone (a Xperia M provided with Android 4.3): I've opened as usual the FPse application (version 0.11.168) but instead my listed games I've found only two of them on more than twelve that at the time I've copied on my SD Card. About this last one the volume information is the same as in the past (so with all the games). My question is: where are these games then? I've checked my SD Card trough my Notebook but without any success: simply the games seem disappeared but still occupy space on the memory card... If there's anyone that has any idea about what's happened and moreover a possible solution is more than welcome. In the while wish you well.
Do you have any suggestions about what to do after the SD checking Sir? For example some reccomended program and so on. In the while I thank you for the reply and wish you well.
