Hi guys,

Im new in using FPSE. I recently download FF8 to my samsung note 2. Im done downloading the BIOS. When i tried to load FF8, it gives an error "cannot find bin file. .bin file must be named as the .cue file".

The most important for thus game is the bin file. You don t need a cue file.

What the size of those files you have?

The main folder is about 643.16mb. Inside are 4 items. The .cue is 115 bytes, the .ccd is 774 bytes, the .img.ecm is 614.66mb and lastly the .sub is 28.50mb. Its currently save on the phone's memory.

ok it's .bin.ecm... not .bin, ecm is an archive format, it wasn't done to be loadable in live, somes people implemented it partially, but it's much slower then if your game is in .bin or .pbp and it take much more memory...

to unecm it using unecm.exe on a PC, you will have a .bin instead a .bin.ecm

So the ff8.img.ecm must be converted to ff8.bin? What software can i use? Thanks!
