Can't use external storage

I have a problem using Fpse. I cannot open games located in external sd card ! I cant' even see it from Fpse explorer ! I tried to change path in filelist.txt - emulator restarts on default settings. Is there any way to resolve this problem ? I don't have enough space on my internal storage.
