I am having the same problem. When I first downloaded the update it would just make my version crash anytime I tried to run a game. Hopefully it gets fixed I really want to try playing games with the six axis controller.

OK problem seems fixed, my Webserver provider has changed rules to Access webserver from an Application , i modified FPse to bypass this problem.

It should download correctly everything now, i posted an update, and revert back on it audio part regarding bad feedback on new one.

READ! If after plugin download FPse crash, clear datas of FPse application or uninstall and reinstall FPse, the Download problem as broken somes config files...

FPse 0.11.122:
- Fixed possible freeze at scanning storage
- Fixed External Card detection
- Added Multi core option for gpu software in OPenGL mode, FPse is twice faster!
- Added Shaders effects and Scalers to OpenGL Software mode
- Experimental Software GPU HD!! longpress onto Icon then Video
- Added change color for onscreen fo states buttons
- Updated OpenGL plugin, gfx are much better

I tried following all the steps you listed but still can't get the plugins to download on my nexus 7. Any help?

same. It still doesn't download the plugins.

Confirming - after last update program can't download plugins, "Download error!!! Check your internet connection".
I have Lenovo P770 (MTK4577T), android 4.1.1 stock, Russia.

Confirming- DROID MAXX running Kitkat (4.4) unable to download plugins even after clearing data and reinstalling.

Nexus 5 same problem.

Does anyone know of a work around for the time being? 6 hour help desk shift with NOTHING to do. This is probably the only time in my life that I'll be desperate to play, and I can't.. =(

I have followed your advice and uninstalled the recent update. Then re-installed. Cleared data/cache. Uninstalled again, then re-installed and still it would not download the plug-ins.

I have no idea what is going wrong and this is just becoming increasingly frustrating.

Would appreciate your kind advice on how to correct this.

There is no way for you to fix, other than waiting for a new version to be pushed and or server issues to be fixed.

Very simple, every time you connect this app has a license check and or a plugin download check. Which means that if a new version is pushed and you download it, you will likely require new plugins.

If for some reason you cannot get those plugins, aka server is screwed, you cannot play. It is really that simple. Without redesigning how the verification checks work, anytime server communication is lost this will happen.

This also means if you update your app, but never start it until you are off wifi, you are out of luck.

There has to be another way, this current setup of checks is not really optimal.
