Super Robot Wars Alpha sound problem

So,ill go straight to the point,i have a Samsung Galaxy Y,and with a couple of settings,it runs PSX emulator just perfect,althought there is something wrong,
in any game,when the screen goes black,in loading or transision,the sound speed forwards,and it sounds bad,noticed it while playing super robot wars Alpha;i only got marked Boost mode on settings,frameskip and print FPS on video.
So is there some way to fix it?
