I'm using latest FPSE versin, phone is i9500. I trying to map buttons for sixaxis controller connected with sixaxis app in Native Gamepad mode (it's enabled in FPSE also). All buttons are detected properly except left analog stick. It behaves like it is not present at all. Notice that in psp emulator app all buttons and analog sticks is mapped properly in native mode, so I think this is some FPSE issue. Also I tried to map buttons in Digital and Analog gamepad modes, same result.

Do I need to connect it via USB OTG cable? I want it to be wireless because my sixaxis + phone holder is covering usb port. As I remember it's impossible to pair sixaxis with phone wirelessly without using third party apps.

in sixasis tool app, be sure to select IME and then choose native pad support, no need to configure it on FPse...

I just wanted to remap it manually to confirm that all buttons is configured properly. I have selected IME in sixaxis app and set pad to native. Anyway, all buttons and analog sticks seems to be working properly in game itself in true analog mode. So this issue is actual only for manual remap function when you want to remap right analog to something else.
