Games not loading.

I have recently purchased FPSE for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and up to now out of the 37 games I have got I have found that only about 5 or 6 of them work. The problem I am having is if I load either the .bin or the .cue file it boots up with the white PlayStation screen and then goes to the CD player screen and will not let me play the game I am currently running the latest version of android and FPSE and i have not rooted my tablet as I do not want to void the warranty as the device is only a month old Any help with this matter would be most appreciated and please "Dumb" anything down as i am not great with android as normally I am an apple fan for my sins lol.
