I have FPSE on a Samsung Captivate. But the screen cracked and it's unusable. I'm working on finding a way to transfer my files to my computer, and then to a new Galaxy S3.
1. If I can transfer my files to a computer, how can I access my saves from FPSE on my new phone?
2. Any ideas on how to transfer my files would also be appreciated. Captivate makes you tap the screen in order to mount via USB, which is not possible.
PS-I'm kind of a newb. Please be patient.

Update: I got it fixed!
1. I used Android Lost to retrieve all of my files. I've become a huge fan of this app: http://www.androidlost.com/#features
2. Once I found the file path to the memcards, I just used them to replace the memcards on my S3.
