I'm trying to find out how to copy a saved state on xenogear disc 2.
I found all my saved game for disc 1, but disc 2 are nowhere to be found?

Been trying to figure this out for hours now.

I've a Nexus 4 with android 4.2.2
I found all my saved game in a folder .fpse\sstates

Do you know where it get saved?

It should be in the same path.
But, each disc has a different game ID so Disc 2 will also have a different save name.
If you're using the easy mode, you should be able to see what the Game ID is for each disc
