I'm presuming it's something I'm doing wrong, but I've no idea what.. I disable all the on screen controls, but they are back as soon as I switch games also the graphic options I select are resetting as I switch games too.
Anyone got any ideas..?

Pads are specific for each games.... but you can save config to all games from MISC menu, but i suggest you to clear datas of FPse before doing this.
