But I guess you're talking about openGL mode only? In Software and openGLES2 blitting Tekken 3 is supposed to run fine on dual cores....
As for OpenGL, the max I can reach on my Galaxy Note2 is 50fps without frameskip (I use a PAL version, so 50fps is perfect for me). I can achieve 54fps if I overclock my Note 2 to 1.8ghz.
-On my other quadcore device, the HTC OneX, I can reach around 42 Fps in openGL without frameskip. So I usually use frameskip.
-On my dual core device, the HTC Sensation, I definitly need frameskip in openGL, but the game remains smooth (I use "old frameskip" + frame limiter)
