Won't load any roms and instead tries to play in CD player?

PLEASE HELP. Every time I try to use a Rom on any format including: .iso,.bin,.img it just tries to play the file in the Cd player instead. Has anyone had the same problem? How can I boot it properly? I think I've tried everything.
