I was playing Final Fantasy IX CD3 and when I started CD4 after changing disk fpse said "license check failed" and it's not able to start the cd.
So I tried to start cd4 from the main menu after reopening fpse and it says the same thing, then I tried to load another game (MGS) and it loads.
So it seems the problem involves only FF9 CD4, please fix the problem

Problem solved, it didn't work when the option "fast boot" was set "on" (only the first time when you load cd4, then you can rechoose the option).
