I recently purchased a Nyko Playpad Pro. It feels great and works perfect for games like FF8 but I cannot get FPse to recognize the R2, L2 and right stick when connected normally through the phone. When I am connected through the Nyko Playground app, FPse recognizes the input from R2, L2 and stick in button mapping...however when I get in-game there is no response from the buttons in question.

I am wondering if anyone else has come across this problem and has been able to get all buttons mapped and usable in-game. Thanks in advance!
