Fighting force don`t load savestates.

Hello. After playing some time this game with games saves on memory card, after one mission it write about error in saving data so I started to save game in save state. In software mode I can`t load any of save state. In OpenGL mode i can load 1 save state, but when I play farther and saving in other save state slot(because don`t wanna lose this 1 working save state) i can`t load it, it just quit FPSE. Tried with Tekken 3 in software mode, works fine.
