Gamepad Skin DL Location?

Gamepad Skin DL Location?
When I try to download the overlay gamepad skin, it's not appearing as an option to select. Where is the save path? It's downloading completely, I just can't find it, & I was wondering what's the extension of the file? Thank you for any help. Much appreciated!
