Ape Escape problem with PS3 analogs

So the problem comes up while I'm playing Ape Escape. I can't seem to get my analog sticks working as they should.
D-pad and both analogs control the camera (analogs should control movement and the weapon) even though gamepad is set to analog.
My PS3 controller is connected with bluetooth with the Sixaxis Controller app.
Help would be appreciated if anyone knows how to fix this problem.
