FPse Savestates and PC Emulator Savestates

Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to get the savestate from PSXfin (PC Emulator) - .psv file type, into Fpse - .sav file type. I understand how to get in-game memory card saves loaded up between the two, but can't figure out how to get real time save states to work.

PSXfin creates a single savestate with the name - e.g. quicksave_SCUS_941.63_1.psv extension.
Fpse creates a single .sav file for savestates.

Anyway to convert one to the other so I can play on my pc, save and load up on my phone?
