Backup from Galaxy S2 and restore to Note 2

Can you help me. Having issues with transfer. I have an s2 with fpse. I bought a new Note 2 and I want to transfer my save states and memory card from s2 to note 2. I can't seem to make it.
Please help me.

If you have a rooted phone - just copy the files.
If not - I've got a recepie for you.
Memcard
I suppose you have stuff saved on a memory card.
Do this:
1. Use any memcard file.
2. Copy it on your SD card.
3. Run FPse.
4. Mount it:
a. Settings->Misc->Select memcard 2
b. Navigate to your SD card and select that memfile.
5. Boot BIOS.
6. Enter Mem card managment.
7. Use BIOS interface to copy your data.
8. Close FPse.
9. Move your MCD file to your new device.
P.S.:
I downloaded the file somewhere in teh internets, it had other compatible extension and I renamed it to MCD.
There's also a lot of software for creating memcard files, just google it or use a memcard I've attached to this message.
There's a save data, you can delete it if you want.
Almost same trick you can do with save states.
Load your game and save state, select another folder for savestates and save it.
I suppose then you'll be able to get it from your device.
