I am enjoying FPse very much, but I would like to have shortcuts to instantly run my games if possible.
I noticed a "create shortcut" option in the Misc settings, however that does not seem to be doing anything for me.
Is there anyway to somehow make shortcuts manually?

Create shortcut will work if you are in game. not in main menu, and then shortcur will appear in Main screen, but scroll left or right to discover Shortcut in mainscreen, it's not everytime in first screen.

I had actually tried doing shortcuts in-game, and it did not work.
However, updating to 0.11.49 has seemed to solve the issue completely. So I guess that's that.
