I cannot get this to work to save my life

Postby dyegunswin » Sat Sep 22, 2012 2:18 am

I'm new to emulators as a whole.
I downloaded FSpe and have absolutely no idea how to get it to work. I'm using a Motorola Razr for this.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Well ... The concept is very very simple. You need the emulator, and you need a game that's been converted into a file that the emulator can use. Usually the game will be in a single file with an .ISO extension, or a .bin extension.

when you load FPSE it will ask for a bios - you can skip that if you don't have one for now.

Then you load the.ISO file. Party the game. There are various configurations you can use for FPSE, but the default is pretty good.

Read the help that's inside FPSE.

To get games, put your playstation games in your computer and convert them to .ISO files. This is called 'ripping'. There are many programs available, many for free, that can do this. The below link is old, but is still a good method. if you look around you'll likely find others. Some games need specific ways to be ripped properly, but most games Judy need to be turned into .iso files.
