Can't figure out cheats

FPSE runs perfect on my galaxy s3, no problems at all... except the cheats. I can't figure them out. All of the posts I've seen about using cheats are old and fpse doesn't even have that format anymore for the cheats. I've been putting the cheats in like this:
[Max HP]
8009C766 270F

[Infinite MP]
8009C768 03E7

[Max MP]
8009C76A 03E7

[Experience Up]
8009BF70 FFFF

[AP Up]
8009BF74 FFFF

[Infinity Money]
8009B9FA FFFF

in .txt format, I've changed the frequency, applied the cheats at different times and I've also put the commas in the space. The game I'm trying to use these cheats for is final fantasy 7. I don't know if I don't have cheats that work or I'm doing something wrong or what. While in-game when I try to set the cheat I can check the box but there's just a blank space to the left. I don't know if anyone has got this figured out but if you have let me know!
