Save lost after last update.

Hello. After last update i have lost my Diablo save. When im trying to load last save it shows me info about data corrupt. Is there any possibilty to get back my save? Im using fpse more than month and since last update everything was fine. Help.

I don't think there is much that can be done about corrupt saves, they can still happen just like the PS1 but the update shouldn't have corrupted your saving, as far as I'm aware the memory card system doesn't appear to have been altered.

yes - memory card saves should be fine. save state saves corrupt sometimes - do not rely on them. the update could have cause it tocorrupt, that's true - but sometimes they corupt on their own.

I have lost my saved game too.

I've updated the game, then it ask me to reset the open GL plungin. But instead of redownloading it, I took one that was on the game folder, but I made the game crash, so I had to reinstall it.
When I started the game, I still had my saves for Crash Bandicoot 3, but they have simply disappeared for Rayman 2.
It's very strange cause I was using both save state and real save with the memory card, but both are gone.

I'm not sure if FPSE erased it for some reason or if the saved game are just hidden in another folder.

fpse save all into its profile directory by default because i really don't like what other product are doing by saving their datas into /sdcard/.name

but if you want, choose the directories where savestates and mcd will be before starting to play with fpse

schtruck - maybe you could have the savestate and memory card be part of the initial setup of fpse - like the way it asks for bios. have it ask for memory card and save state locations. just a suggestion.
