screen play start/select/L/R buttons not working

I had it running last week fine. When the 2nd most recent update, i lost the use od my L1/R1 when my phone was horizontal but still had it vertically. I recently applied the newest update and now I no longer can use L1/R1 at all as well as select/start. Is there any way I can have this revised or get back to an older version?

P.s. I use the screen to play - no controller

Open the settings, go on game pad, go on overlay pad and there should be something like "set or unset buttons", enable all buttons that are missing. They have been separated in the recent versions.
