did you try turning on the dynamic interpreter in the system options?

Yes i have tried different bios, using the dynamic interpreter. The strange issue i did notice was that it would save the dynamic interpreter option(Being on i mean) when i reloaded a new game. However it did save the option if i didn't load a game and pressed back(on device not load iso window) to get the options up. But still no joy. I have got the workaround to work on a previous version using the tekken 3 trick but that was quite some time ago now.
