Fpsce works on ipaq 910c?

I just bougth an ipaq 910c but when i try to run a image, windows retuns me the screen of 'this app have a problem'.
it is compatible?
the main specs are: 416mhz arm v4 cpu
128mb in ram.
240*320 screen resolution
