Hi,
All the benchmarks on Samsung Galaxy S show FPS is limited to around 57fps. All the info I could find on the internet confirms this and suggests the limit is hard-coded in the kernel, so it should not be possible for application to get over it.
However, Fpse shows 60fps and can go over 100fps if "frame limiter" is disabled.
Is your FPS counter maybe showing "emulated" as opposed to "rendered" frames per second?
Or you have found some way to actually disable V-Sync? Can you please explain?
