misc settings not saving and opengl not downloading

Hello i am running cyanogen mode 9 alpha 2 on ics on the touchpad. i was wondering why the settings in misc menu does not save even if i press the save as default option and it always keeps telling me to download open gl even if i had already downloaded it a lot of times xd i was also wondering if the multi disc issue can be fixe
