Unable to load game

Hi. I was playing Xenogears and chrono cross just fine on my Xoom with android 3.2 before the last updade. But now the games dont load. When i try to load them an black screen appears and the fpse closes. Sometimes i can see the controlers just before it closes. Both of fils are in .bin format. I tried to load in software and opengl modes without success. I tried to change the monocore on and off, low profile on or off but the games dont load. Can someone help me?
