problem with galaxy tab p1000

Hi all, i want to ask help, for fpse on galaxy tab p1000, why all games is low resolution on landscape (full screen mode),but if i changed to small screen its graphics looks better well, i would like to ask what i have to do to play full screen psone games on galaxy tab with full screen, but in full screen turn on all video options, it will paying very slow.. even intro, and letters on full screen is pixeled low rate..
