 Saved over FFVII Game
Hi all,
I'm about 10 hours in FFVII, at North Corel. Still Disc 1, and maybe I'm a slow player, but yeah, around 10 hours.
I found my graphics were getting glitchy, and I usually save/reboot, which takes care of the issue. So I save, exit, open the .iso and go to load my saved game. Except, because I'm a MORON, I clicked on SAVE. And I saved the introductory screen right over my saved game.
I have not backed up my files and whatnot (because I didn't even know you could do that, just got FPSe the other day). So this begs the question: Am I screwed? Is there anything in the world that I could possibly do to make the last 30 minutes not exist (other than a time machine, of course)?

 Re: Saved over FFVII Game
Unfortunately, once you overwrite something, it's gone. If you delete it, you can use tools such as "Undelete for root users" to recover it. But once overwritten, it's gone.
