Support Please. Version 0.11.11 and first person shooters

I'm writing concerned. I love this app but I'm unable to play some of my favorite titles. I love racing and first person shooters. The reason I'm unable to play them is they require both analog sticks and buttons on the top of the controller.

For example Medal of Honor. To fine aim I hold down L2, I use the left stick to peek around the corner, I use the right stick to line up the shot, and I press R2 to fire the weapon. This works fine in version 0.10.59 but the new version, though with more precise analog, I press the top buttons all I want and no response.

I emailed the developer and I'm still waiting on a response. I like the new UI of FPSE, I like the smoother framerate, and this app for the most part has been worth the money I had spent. Please help.
