Help restoring save files

hi mate, I just having some problem about my fpse, after I reinstall the apps and format my phone my saved games are gone, but I still have fpsebackup in my phone and all the files for my memory card and sav files, can ü guide me how can I restore it or is there any chance to restore my save files? or any link that can help me? thank you very much in advance mate, sorry if im in the wrong section of topic
