Phone shut down mid playing - corrupted save files

Hey,

First post, and I must say, this emulator is brilliant on my Android phone.

I've been playing FF9 for about 25 hours now, and got to disc three when I stupidly played it with low battery. The phone turned off while the emulator was running and now I can't load any of my saves. They just go to a black screen then the emulator quits.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so, how can i fix it?
