Stereo sound issues?

Hi, I'm having a strange sound issue in several games, where some (but not all) of the sounds will only play in the left stereo channel. I've looked around the boards a bit and haven't seen another post about this.

Games I've noticed this in:
Castlevania SotN - Music plays in the left channel only, rest of the sounds are stereo
Samurai Showdown 3 - fight bgm plays on the left only, menu music and sfx are stereo
Parasite eve - cutscenes play on the left only
Final Fantasy Tactics - cutscenes play on the left only

It happens in other games as well, frequently it's just the music that plays on the left. It's usually not a big deal and it only really bugs me when I have headphones on. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Thanks for the thread! I recognized the same problem with a rom of Tekken 3 on my Xperia Play. I still had the problem with another rom of the same game, so i got sceptical
I can confirm, that there are some games without the stereo-issue and some games, where the music is only on the left side.

Is there a chance to fix this problem?
