Increasing game play speed

I've done some searching through google and through the forums and I haven't found an exact answer yet. I've got a Motorola Droid 3 and FPse 0.10.57. I'm trying to find a way to increase the playing speed of games beyond their normal speeds. I'm playing through a lot of RPG's that have turn based combat and at this time would like to at least double the speed of the game play if possible? My FPS seem to max at 60 even though videos will sometimes jump to 200-300fps and move extremely fast.

Unset framelimiter and check the boost box and then try it. It should increase the speed a good amount. But dont abuse the boost.

I assume boost doesn't work for all games then? When I did that with Suikoden it would freeze the game. I would see people move, but I would lose all control capabilities. The FPS wouldn't increase either, nor would the NPC's move any faster. I would lose keyboard response, which is what I have configured for my gamepad.

I would try using frameskip then. It helps with some games.
