saved games

Where are the saved games stored on the sd card?
I have an issue with a game occasionally crashing and want ro reinstall it without losing my saved progress.

im having the same sorta prob i use ASTROS (get it app store) and im using it on experia play so i dont know if itl look the same for you but when i open astros i use the backup arrow and it takes me outside the sd card go to mnt in that it shuld say asec, obb, sd card, secure.... now go into asec then uv got the emulator fpse in that go to the pkg browse in there ul eventualy find slot1.mcd now this is were im stuck... i cant read or do anything to the mcd file and that apparently has my saves on it i think. now iv ran out of save blocks for the slot1.mcd memorycard and cant delete old saves or see them or anything if you follow me so far then do you have any help for accessing saves or freeing up memoryblocks or anything
