Asus Transformer, 2 USB ports, FPSE Wont Detect 2 Controller

i have an asus transformer with dock. when i plug in my one controller everything seems to work just fine. i can map out the keys as normal. when i try to play a two player game, like bloody roar 2, it wont detect the other controller. one is a PS3 controller & the other is a generic PC controller. both of them work independently. when i have the second controller plugged in, sometimes it wont detect it and wont let me map the buttons. sometimes it will "steal" the key mapping from controller 1 and leave controller one with no mapped keys. it just acts really funky. can we get a fix for this or some info? thanks a lot!
